Common questions
Before you write
- What languages do you work in?
- Spanish, Basque and English, both in meetings and in the documentation we hand over. You choose, and it never comes up again.
- Do you work with small companies?
- Mostly with them. A small team decides quickly, and the effect of automating one process properly shows up in the first month. We also work with public bodies.
- What if our data is a complete mess?
- That is normal, and it is exactly the starting point. We work with whatever there is — ERP, spreadsheets, emails, paper — and part of the job is putting order into precisely that. There is nothing to tidy up beforehand.
- What if we have already started something?
- Good. We review what is there, give you an honest second opinion and carry on from that point instead of starting again.
- Do you only work in Vitoria?
- We are based in Vitoria-Gasteiz and that is where we move around most, but we work across Álava, Bizkaia, Gipuzkoa and Navarre. Further afield, remotely, as long as the project does not depend on seeing the shop floor.
- Can you come to our offices or to the plant?
- Yes, and on most projects it is the first thing we do. Seeing how you actually work — who types what and where it jams — costs a morning and saves weeks of guesswork.
