About
«Argi» is Basque for «light»
Everything else comes from that: shedding light on a business. Seeing it, understanding it, and no longer working in the dark.
We look at how a company works today, design the solution it needs together with them, and build it — a website, a dashboard, the software their plant runs on, a chatbot — so they stop losing hours to their own day-to-day and get the business under control.
That mix is not a lack of focus. We pick the problem by the hours it wastes, not by the technology it needs: if your case can be solved with a well-built spreadsheet or by changing a procedure, we will tell you so, even when the opposite suits us.
We work where we know the ground from the inside: shop floor, warehouse and logistics. Beyond that, we step in when the work that could be removed looks like work we have already removed.
We are based in Vitoria-Gasteiz and work mainly across Álava, Bizkaia, Gipuzkoa and Navarre. Having the plant half an hour away is not a logistical detail: it means we can go and watch how the work really happens, and that is what separates an analysis from a guess.
The analysis is a deliverable
It has a result of its own and you keep it. It is not the run-up to a sale.
Talk to the builder
You speak to whoever builds it. No account manager, nobody translating.
Nothing starts from scratch
Argiax Core is already built, and that is why a project takes fewer hours.
Why this exists
Four things we find in almost every company
Hours disappear into manual work
Copying from one place to another, rebuilding the same spreadsheet every week, hunting for a figure that already exists. Nobody has ever counted it, and that is why nobody fixes it.
Every company works its own way
Off-the-shelf software was designed for somebody else. It gets bought anyway, and the company ends up adapting to the tool instead of the other way round.
Decisions get made blind
The data exists, but not in time. Decisions are made on instinct and checked two shifts later, when nothing can be corrected.
The people selling technology never set foot on site
Agencies that never come in to watch how the work is done, and therefore deliver something nobody ends up using.
What we believe
Five rules, and what each one forces us to turn down
A value that never forces you to say no to anything is decoration. These five have cost us work, which is why they are here.
We show it working
The argument is the tool on screen with real data, not the deck that describes it. If there is nothing to show, we do not offer it to you.
Concrete, verifiable and measured in hours
Scope and date agreed in writing before we start. And the result is measured in the unit you understand: how many hours go into that work today and how many stop going into it.
We look first, and design it with you
We come in, watch how people actually work and where the time goes. The solution is decided with you; it does not arrive ready-made.
The machine prepares, the person decides
The system leaves the work done — the quote drafted, the pack assembled, the traceability complete — and whoever signs it is still a person.
Few things, finished
We do not start the next thing while the last one is half done, and we do not take a project that does not fit the calendar.
What we say no to
What we will not do, whatever you pay us
Publishing it saves you a call and saves us one too. If what you need is on this list, better to know now.
- Campaigns and social media management. The website yes, with its structure and its SEO; running your social accounts no — that is a different trade and it saves you no hours.
- Maintaining other people’s software: not somebody else’s ERP, not code inherited from another agency. We build ours and we answer for it.
- “Just build me this, I have already worked it out”, without letting us look first. Without looking, what gets built is what you think you need rather than what you need.
- Projects where we cannot see how the work is done or talk to the people doing it.
- Open-ended scopes, no date, and promises of results that cannot be put in hours.
- Automation that decides on its own where a mistake is expensive: quality, regulation, controlled documentation.
- Sectors chosen because they are fashionable rather than because we know the ground.
If something makes no sense, we say so. We would rather lose a project than build something you are not going to use. Email us and we will say whether it fits.
Shall we talk for 30 minutes?
Tell us which process is costing you hours and we will tell you whether it can be fixed, how, and how long it would take. No obligation.
