How we work

The method never changes. What changes is what comes out at the end.

Look, design with you, build. What gets built — a website, a dashboard, a piece of software, a chatbot — depends on where your hours are going, not on what we happen to be selling.

The method

Three steps, no small print

  1. 01

We look at how you work

We come in, watch how the work actually gets done and talk to the people doing it. We leave knowing where the hours go. That is the first deliverable, not preparation for the project.

  2. 02

    We design it with you

With everything on the table, we decide together what gets built and what does not. That is where the scope and the date come from, agreed in writing before anything starts.

  3. 03

    And we build it

Frequent releases so you watch it move from the first week, and a real go-live: in use during the shift, not demonstrated in a meeting.

Where it starts

The X-Ray

Two weeks working with the data you already have — ERP, spreadsheets, documents, job sheets, whatever there is — to build a dashboard that runs on real data, not a mock-up. You keep it, along with a short report on where the hours are going and what could be visible today but is not. Scope and date agreed before we start, with no obligation afterwards.

What it includes
  • A review of how you work today and what data already exists
  • A working dashboard running on your real data
  • A blind-spots report, ranked by the hours each one costs
  • A proposal for the next step, if it is worth taking
Typical examples
  • A first production dashboard for a plant with no visibility

  • What each job, case or client actually costs

  • A second opinion on a data project already under way

  • A starting point before committing to something bigger

What we build

What comes out at the end

Four kinds of job, and none of them a fixed package. We pick the problem by the hours it costs you, not by the technology it happens to need.

A control dashboard

The business in plain sight: what is being produced, what it costs, what has stopped and what has been open too long. With today’s figures, not Monday’s report.

  • A plant control centre showing the state of every area
  • Real cost per job, case or client
  • Stock and orders in one place, synced with the ERP

Custom software

The system your company needs and the market does not sell — or sells, but only if you change how you work. Traceability, job sheets, incidents, stock counts.

  • Part traceability by workstation
  • Multi-user stock counts with a barcode scanner
  • Production reporting on screen, with no paper

A website that brings work in

Built with its structure, its SEO and its positioning, so that people call you. Not a good-looking brochure that brings in nobody.

  • A corporate site that generates meetings
  • A page per sector, so each client is spoken to in their own terms
  • Measurement of what brings enquiries and what does not

A chatbot

To answer what gets asked a hundred times, inside the company or outside it. The same job, whether the counter is a plant floor or a reception desk.

  • Process questions answered for shop-floor staff
  • Bookings and appointments without tying up the phone
  • “Where is my order?”, answered without interrupting anyone

None of this is built from scratch: it sits on Argiax Core, which is what makes it take fewer hours.

In your own terms

The same work, told from your business

A manufacturing plant is nothing like a warehouse. The sector pages carry the same work in each one’s own vocabulary.

Next step

Not sure where to start?

That is normal. We sort it out on the first call: we will tell you what we would do first, and why.
